Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chat Support Representative with a strong
background in SEO or digital marketing. The role combines customer support through live
chat with SEO-related tasks to help optimize visibility, improve customer engagement, and
ensure a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time support to customers via live chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product-related concerns.
- Apply SEO knowledge to support digital marketing initiatives, including keyword optimization, content review, and analytics tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance website visibility and customer engagement.
- Document and escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining high-quality customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in chat-based customer support.
- Strong background in SEO or digital marketing, including familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
