We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Visual Content Coordinator to join our Creative team. In this role, you’ll manage the company’s internal photo archive, handle image preparation for B2B clients, and ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient visual content operations across teams. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Photo Management

  • Own and manage the company’s entire photo archive. This includes organizing, tagging, updating, and maintaining all visual assets to ensure they are easily accessible for cross-functional teams. 
  • The archive is an internally developed tool with advanced functionality, allowing tagging based on predefined criteria and sorting by shoot type — such as editorial, social media, and influencer content — to ensure quick access to assets. 
  • Tagging must be done on a daily basis, and you will be responsible for making sure all shoot days are uploaded and properly displayed in the system. 

B2B Content Preparation 

  • Take ownership of adapting studio images according to item lists provided by our B2B partners. This includes resizing images, adjusting background tones, renaming files, and ensuring all visuals meet the specific requirements of each business. 
  • Each partner may have different specifications, so a high level of precision, adaptability, and attention to detail is essential. 
  • This is a high-responsibility task that requires speed, accuracy, and prior experience working with Photoshop.
