About the Role:
The holiday season is here, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Customer Service Agents to join our team for a leading clothing brand! You’ll assist customers with product inquiries, orders, returns, and exchanges—helping them look and feel their best for the holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries about products, sizing, availability, and orders.
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and order tracking for seamless seasonal shopping experiences.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest products, promotions, and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.
What You’ll Bring:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, customer-oriented approach.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce in a BPO setting.
- Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to seasonal schedule changes.
- Comfortable using computer systems and CRM tools.
- Willingness to work onsite at Double Dragon, Pasay.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak season.
