We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our
team. In this role, you will reach out to potential clients, present our products, and guide
them through the application process. This position is ideal for candidates with BPO sales
experience who excel in cold calling, lead conversion, and consultative selling.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients to introduce and explain business loan products
- Guide clients through the loan application process and required documentation
- Address inquiries, objections, and financial concerns professionally
- Follow up with leads to answer questions and close loan applications
- Highlight loan benefits such as competitive rates, flexible terms, and fast approvals
- Send application forms and product details via email or text
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups in the CRM system
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in outbound calls/high volume of calls
- 1+ year experience doing sales/upselling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calling, prospecting, and using CRM tools.
