Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal
candidate will provide exceptional support to customers through inbound and outbound
calls, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a high standard of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and call control standards.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary to ensure
    prompt resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of international voice experience in a BPO or Call Center setting.
  • Prior experience in a phone-based or contact center support role.
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage call flow effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
