Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal
candidate will provide exceptional support to customers through inbound and outbound
calls, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a high standard of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer phone calls in a professional manner.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and call control standards.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary to ensure
prompt resolution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of international voice experience in a BPO or Call Center setting.
- Prior experience in a phone-based or contact center support role.
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage call flow effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
