E-commerce | Telehealth Technology Platform
Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our e-commerce
initiatives for a telehealth technology platform. This role focuses on producing high-impact visual
assets that drive engagement, conversion, and brand consistency across digital channels while
adhering to healthcare and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing and e-commerce assets including website banners, product visuals,
landing pages, email creatives, and social media graphics - Translate brand guidelines into compelling visuals aligned with a telehealth and wellness
audience - Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to support campaigns and
launches - Optimize creatives for performance across platforms (web, mobile, ads, and marketplaces)
- Ensure all designs comply with healthcare, data privacy, and advertising guidelines
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce or tech
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a plus
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for conversion and digital performance
- Portfolio showcasing e-commerce or digital marketing work
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with healthcare, wellness, or telehealth brands
- Knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals
- Familiarity with A/B testing creatives and performance metrics
