Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in software testing to help ensure the quality of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has a strong manual testing background and hands-on experience with Playwright automation.

Required Skills:

• Strong manual testing background with proven experience in web and mobile application testing
• Experience with Playwright test automation framework (strongly preferred
• Experience writing clear and detailed bug reports (Proven track record of identifying and documenting software defects)
• Ability to create comprehensive test cases based on project requirements
• Experience with cross-browser/device testing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience using test management tools (e.g., Reqtest)
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC
• Understanding of REST architecture and API testing using tools like Postman
• Experience utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT for testing efficiency and automation
• Experience with Jira for task and bug tracking
• Experience working in an Agile development environment

Responsibilities:

• Execute manual testing of web-based and mobile applications
• Create and maintain detailed test cases and test documentation
• Perform thorough regression testing and cross-browser/device compatibility testing
• Report and track bugs using bug tracking systems
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with development teams
• Review and validate software requirements
• Identify areas for improvement in the testing process
• Leverage AI tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
