Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Chat Support/Content Moderator to join our
team for a leading streaming platform. The role involves handling real-time customer inquiries via
chat, ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience, and moderating platform content to maintain
community guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, providing accurate information and timely resolution.
- Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community and platform guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while maintaining ownership of the customer interaction.
- Document and track customer issues using internal ticketing systems.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve platform content and customer experience.
- Stay updated on platform policies, streaming content trends, and moderation best practices.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Chat Support experience in a BPO/Call Center environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and
professionalism. - Content moderation experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, sound judgments.
- Willing to work onsite in Pasay City and on a shifting schedule, including weekends and
holidays.
