Position Overview:
The SDR identifies and generates new business opportunities to grow the company’s sales pipeline. Responsibilities include lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and qualifying prospects. This role works closely with the sales and marketing teams to expand the customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and contact potential clients via calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualification: Assess inbound and outbound leads for interest, fit, and budget.
- Sales Support: Schedule meetings for the sales team and update CRM systems.
- Collaboration: Work with Sales Managers to tailor outreach and transfer qualified leads.
- Market Research: Understand industry trends and client pain points to position services effectively.
- Reporting: Track and report on outreach activities and lead conversions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years in sales development or B2B sales, preferably in BPO or service industries.
- Skills: Strong communication, goal-oriented, and experienced in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and leads tracking.
- Traits: Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.
