About the Role:

Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company that helps brands scale through partnerships, enabling growth via an extensive B2B network. We’re looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Partnership Development Associate to recruit, manage, and grow relationships with affiliates, publishers, agencies, and performance marketers. You’ll be part of a small, dynamic team, working closely with stakeholders to drive impact and expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit affiliates and publishers into the network, activating high-value partners already in the ecosystem.
  • Support affiliates and publishers with day-to-day operations to ensure success with our SaaS clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on B2B partnerships, sharing insights with internal teams, partners, and clients.
  • Review partner applications to identify strong growth opportunities.
  • Analyze data using tools like Looker and Excel to uncover trends and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with clients to leverage their brands for affiliate and publisher recruitment.

  • Proven relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and excite partners.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong presentation abilities.
  • Action-oriented, adaptable, and proactive with high ownership of outcomes.
