Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receiving and checking supplier Invoices for accuracy and coding to the correct flight or aircraft code
- Checking and coding of crew expenses and credit card receipts
- Analyzing flight costs by trip, flight reference and aircraft
- Capturing all costs for client flights, paying particular attention to potential missing costs
- Updating Aircraft Flight log of all trips
- Reviewing trip costs for completeness/accuracy
- Recharging aircraft owners for their management fees, flight costs and any other aircraft related costs
- Dealing with client queries and working closely with the aircraft managers to resolve them in a timely manner
- Calculation of accrued and deferred income
- Calculation of accrued and deferred flight costs
- Preparation and monitoring of charter variance report
- Provide support to the management accountant and financial controller in the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Support the management accountant and financial controller in the completion of the annual audit
- Continuously improve internal finance processes to ensure quicker and more accurate billing and financial analysis
