Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts for three entities to the financial controller. 
Responsible for the daily reviewing of the ledger postings 
Complete monthly manual journal postings to include accruals , pre-payments, deferred income, depreciation and payroll 
Calculation and submission of entity VAT returns 
Bank postings & reconciliations 
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations 
Support finance team members to ensure monthly processes and calendar are adhered to 
Preparation of annual accounts and liaising with auditors 
Support the financial controller in constant process improvement within the finance function 
Completion of office of national statistics surveys 
Ad-hoc reporting  
Any other duties commensurate with the role.
