Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chat Support Representative with a strong
background in SEO or digital marketing. The role combines customer support through live
chat with SEO-related tasks to help optimize visibility, improve customer engagement, and
ensure a seamless user experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time support to customers via live chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product-related concerns.
  • Apply SEO knowledge to support digital marketing initiatives, including keyword optimization, content review, and analytics tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance website visibility and customer engagement.
  • Document and escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining high-quality customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in chat-based customer support.
  • Strong background in SEO or digital marketing, including familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
