Job Summary:
Content Moderator will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and moderating user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our community guidelines and legal standards. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for our users by identifying and removing inappropriate or harmful content. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive material with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review user-generated content (text, images, video, etc.) across platforms to ensure it adheres to company guidelines.
- Remove or report content that violates policies, including but not limited to spam, hate speech, graphic violence, nudity, and harassment.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve moderation processes and community guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of actions taken during moderation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Trust & Safety, Legal, and Customer Support.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1 year experience with Content Moderation
- At least High school graduate or Senior HS graduate
- Amenable to work on a fixed night shift schedule
- Willing to work in Double Dragon Pasay
- Good command of the English language
