Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage customer inquiries related to products, sizing, availability, and orders. 
  • Assist with returns, exchanges, and order tracking, ensuring prompt and seamless resolutions. 
  • Address and resolve customer concerns professionally, escalating issues as necessary. 
  • Stay informed about the product line and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information. 
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the system. 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-oriented approach. 
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in retail or e-commerce account in BPO Setting. 
  • Passion for fashion and familiarity with current trends. 
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to shifting schedules. 
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and CRM tools. 
  • Amenable to working onsite at Double Dragon, Pasay
  • Shifting schedules to support 24/7 customer operations. 
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
