E-commerce | Telehealth Technology Platform

Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our e-commerce
initiatives for a telehealth technology platform. This role focuses on producing high-impact visual
assets that drive engagement, conversion, and brand consistency across digital channels while
adhering to healthcare and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design marketing and e-commerce assets including website banners, product visuals,
    landing pages, email creatives, and social media graphics
  • Translate brand guidelines into compelling visuals aligned with a telehealth and wellness
    audience
  • Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to support campaigns and
    launches
  • Optimize creatives for performance across platforms (web, mobile, ads, and marketplaces)
  • Ensure all designs comply with healthcare, data privacy, and advertising guidelines
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce or tech
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a plus
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience designing for conversion and digital performance
  • Portfolio showcasing e-commerce or digital marketing work

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with healthcare, wellness, or telehealth brands
  • Knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals
  • Familiarity with A/B testing creatives and performance metrics
