Role Summary 

We’re looking for a Machine Learning Specialist to design and implement AI-driven features and models. You’ll collaborate with developers and data engineers to bring intelligent automation and data insights to life. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and deploy ML models that support business objectives. 
  • Preprocess and analyze large datasets for training and evaluation. 
  • Collaborate with engineers to integrate models into production systems. 
  • Optimize algorithms for performance and scalability. 
  • Monitor and retrain models to ensure accuracy over time. 

Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science. 
  • Strong understanding of Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and ML frameworks. 
  • Experience with data visualization and feature engineering. 
  • Background in NLP or vector databases (pg-vector) is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
