Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Production Artist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for customizing wall art pieces using pre-defined templates in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI-powered tools. Your main focus will be to produce high-quality, print-ready design outputs by applying photo transformations, editing text elements, and preparing files for production—all while maintaining fast turnaround times and high accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and prepare digital wall art designs using Photoshop, Illustrator, tools.
- Apply photo edits, filters, and transformations to match template and customer requirements.
- Replace or adjust text on existing design templates while maintaining design integrity.
- Ensure all artwork is formatted correctly and meets print production standards.
- Maintain quality control across multiple design outputs and meet daily production targets.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure consistency and efficiency in design execution.
- Organize and archive design files as per internal guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong eye for detail, layout, and typography
- Ability to meet high-volume daily quotas without compromising quality
- Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using AI design tools (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in production, pre-press, or graphic design role is a plus
