We are looking for a motivated Sales Appointment Setter to support our ecommerce account sales
team. The ideal candidate will generate and qualify leads, communicate the value of our Amazon
services, and schedule appointments with prospective clients. This role is crucial for maintaining a
steady sales pipeline and ensuring our sales closers can focus on converting high-quality leads.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach to identify potential Amazon clients.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their Amazon business needs and challenges.
  • Present and explain the company’s Amazon-related services clearly and effectively.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and maximize appointment attendance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts, strategies, and lead targeting.
  • Stay updated on Amazon trends, seller pain points, and competitors’ offerings.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments set.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms, online marketplace operations, or online advertising.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; capable of handling objections professionally.
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling, prospecting, and using CRM tools.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce trends, seller performance metrics, and common seller needs.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
