At Reliasourcing, every achievement tells a story of teamwork, perseverance, and shared success. Across each quarter, our Employee Recognition Awards serve as a moment to pause and honor the people behind our progress, those who embody our values and set the pace for growth.

Every ceremony reflects how far our teams have come together from the excitement of Flourish & Thrive in Q1 to the vibrant energy of BPOchella in Q2 and the inspiring momentum of A Blaze of Brilliance in Q3 up to the Year-End Awarding. Each award, applause, and shared cheer represents the individual milestones driven by the collective spirit that drives Reliasourcing forward.

This continuously updating article captures these moments, the highlights, stories, and reflections that make each quarter’s celebration uniquely memorable. As we move through the year, may these recognitions remind us that excellence is not a one-time thing. Excellence is proven with every sustained, shared, and celebrated effort together.

Q1 Awarding: Flourish & Thrive

The first quarter at Reliasourcing marked the beginning of a new calendar year for growth and opportunity. We took time to reflect on our achievements over the past year to establish the direction for the upcoming months. And to wrap Q1 2025, we celebrated this momentum through an awarding that showcased our spirit of growth, excellence, and recognition, which continues to define us.

A Moment to Celebrate Progress

The first quarter of the year marked a season of purpose and progress at Reliasourcing, culminating in our highly anticipated Q1 Awarding event: Flourish & Thrive: A Season of Growth & Achievement. Held at Kingsford Hotel, Manila, the ceremony brought together employees and leaders to recognize the achievements that defined the start of 2025.

Adding to the occasion, Managing Partner Yoray Ofek graced the event. He delivered a heartfelt congratulatory message to commend the awardees for their outstanding performance. His presence reminded everyone of the bigger picture we all contribute to, and the growth ahead.

Recognizing Dedication and Excellence

26 awardees were recognized for their outstanding performance over the past three months, representing the top performers from each campaign. Each award represented a story of dedication, breakthrough performance, and the day-to-day moments where excellence flourished.

To bring extra energy and interaction to the program, attendees participated in two fun games—Human Bingo and Build a Story—encouraging mingling among colleagues who had done their best over the past few months. A buffet was also served, allowing everyone to enjoy good food while sharing conversations and celebrating their wins.

Q1 Awarding Flourish & Thrive reflected our values in action. This event allowed us to appreciate the growth that extends beyond mere numbers. The energy and spirit of collaboration enrich our work alongside our peers.

As we continue into the next quarter, we carry the same momentum forward. Let us be inspired to do more, be more, grow more. Congratulations, Q1 Awardees!

Q2 Awarding: A Festival of Recognition

Reliasourcing lit up once again in celebration come July with BPOchella. Our Q2 awarding event brought festival energy and heartfelt appreciation together in one unforgettable night. Set in full color and sound, the event celebrated the teams and individuals who continue to drive the company forward through results, resilience, and, of course, a relentless spirit.

BPOchella Celebration: Fun, Food, and Festive Moments

Like any great show, BPOchella had its standout activities, and it brought something unique to the celebration. The fun questions warmed the crowd up. Laughter bounced across the room as employees took the stage to join games. And a special performance brought in the hype, with energy filling the space like a true music fest.

The buffet made sure no one went hungry, creating a shared space for teams to relax, reconnect, and refuel together. Lining the tables with meals and encouraging everyone to slow down for a moment. As they grabbed a plate, they got to enjoy real conversations with peers and fellow awardees.

But the true heart of the night came from our leaders. Head of Business Development Amir opened the night with powerful words: “Thank you so much for your resilience, for your commitment, for your dedication, for showing up every day, for obviously coming up with amazing and excellent results for our clients, for ourselves, and doing it all with a smile and the right attitude.”

Later, Operations Director Henie gave the crowd something to take home, goals to work toward, and a challenge to level up: “What are you going to do differently next for quarter 3? What would you also like to achieve? … It’s going to be a joint effort for all of us, it’s going to be your own success, the team’s success, the company’s success.”

Spotlight on Stars: Awarding the Quarter’s Finest

The stars of the night were the Q2 awardees, who were recognized for going above and beyond across campaigns. Each honoree represented standout performance, team impact, and consistency in delivering excellence.

From first-time awardees to seasoned performers, the awards were symbols of growth and momentum. The attendees celebrated their peers with cheers, claps, and the kind of recognition that makes hard work worth it.

Voices from the Spotlight: Q2 Awardee Reflections

The spotlight shone on the awardees during the program, and continues to shine as they share with us what the moment meant to them. Across interviews, the common thread was clear: gratitude, motivation, and an appreciation for teamwork, along with a vision of achieving greater heights.

For Pat and Clang, both from the same team, recognition came with a mix of shock and fulfillment. Pat reflected on its unexpected nature: “Since bago lang ako, kaka-start ko lang last December… hindi ko rin masyado ine-expect. But… I do my best when it comes to my work” (Since I’m just new, just started last December, I didn’t really expect it. But I do my best when it comes to my work). Clang, now a two-time awardee, admitted to still being surprised: “Still overwhelmed and surprised. But I know in myself that I also deserve this.”

They both credited their strong work environment and team support as driving forces. Pat shared, “Napaka-importante ng environment when it comes to work… as long as it is healthy, magiging malaking contribution siya sa work” (One’s environment is very important when it comes to work… as long as it is healthy, it’s going to be a huge contribution to our work).

Adel, a Sales Development Executive, met the award with pride and motivation, “My first reaction was that I felt so proud, and I feel like I’m more motivated to perform well.” She tied her performance to results. “Since sales is a numbers game, we want to make sure that we perform and we produce numbers.” Her takeaway? “Being confident in yourself. Having micro goals for a day… everything will fall into place as long as you have the perseverance to produce numbers.”

From Leading Leaders: Serving as Examples

Franco, ICT Operations Manager, acknowledged the role of appreciation in driving performance: “Thankful ako sa company, at the same time dun sa head ko… sa pag-appreciate sa mga naaambag ko sa team” (I’m thankful to the company, as well as to my head… for appreciating all my contributions to the team). He highlighted his involvement as an ISO internal auditor, co-process owner, and implementor of his department as a key contribution to his quarter win.

And to his team, he left the message: “Continue lang doon sa mga ginagawa natin. Gawin nila yung best na alam nilang possible para dun sa mga pinaggagawa namin. At the same time, mag-aral pa sila dun sa mga bagay na lacking sila” (For my team, just continue with what they’re doing. Do the best that they know is possible for what we’re doing. At the same time, they should study the things that they’re lacking).

Team Leader Sydney shared how being recognized made her feel both “excited and overwhelmed.” She explained, “receiving an award is something that’s kind of overwhelming. You think about how you will be consistent in getting that kind of award… it helps motivate me to do more in my work.” Her secret to staying grounded? “Always comply before you complain.” And to her team, she leaves this message: “They just need to be here. Always. Be present. Be present because experience is the best teacher.”

From Leading Leaders: Recognizing their Teams

Leadership awardees Team Leader Raymund and Operations Manager Kaye underscored the role of their teams. Raymund said, “It’s not just with the numbers, it’s all about overall performance, including behavior.” Kaye added, “All the efforts, not only for me or from me, but for the team are recognized.”

When asked what advice they’d offer others, Raymund was clear: “They should know the basics… that will be their guide to becoming a performer.” Kaye emphasized vision and execution: “Having a goal, or setting a goal for themselves, and taking action.”

Their messages to their teams reflected a sense of deep gratitude and forward-looking vision for their campaigns. Raymund said, “What contributed most with my performance is the help of my agents, with their hard work and perseverance. Motivating them and making sure that they are consistent on a daily basis. We know that there are rough days, however, that should be their drive to perform better the following day.”

Kaye concluded, “I always want to account it to my agents, to the team, because they’ve always been there. Whatever they were asked to do, you will not really hear any complaints, they will just do their best, not just for Reliasourcing, but also for the client… I really want to thank them, because the success of the team is not just because of me, but because of them.” The two agreed: the award they received is a testament of their team’s efforts.

Looking Upward, Celebrating the Stars

BPOchella was bold and brilliant. Everything a great celebration should be. But more than the lights, the music, or the applause, the recognition was about showing each other that effort doesn’t go unnoticed and that success, when shared, hits differently.

Here’s to carrying the rhythm of Quarter 2 into the rest of the year with louder support, stronger collaboration, and deeper pride in what we do together. Congratulations, Q2 Awardees!

Q3 Awarding: A Blaze of Brilliance

Reliasourcing wrapped up another strong quarter with a night dedicated to excellence, teamwork, and growth. The Q3 Awarding Ceremony, held last October 7, once again brought together employees from across teams to celebrate those who have consistently raised the bar through hard work and dedication.

Each quarter’s awarding has become a tradition, a moment to pause, reflect on what’s been achieved, and celebrate the people behind those milestones. From first-time achievers to seasoned performers, the Q3 Awarding reminded everyone that progress is more than the metrics, it’s the people who drive them forward every day.

Voices from the Spotlight: Q3 Awardee Reflections

The quarter’s awardees shared stories of gratitude, growth, and purpose, each showing what it truly means to give your best and grow with your team. Some of the awardees’ reflections revealed how mentorship, collaboration, and consistency remain at the heart of Reliasourcing’s culture of excellence.

Excellence from the Operations

For Mustafa, a Customer Service Representative, the experience was both new and deeply motivating. “It’s my first time [being awarded] and it’s really a pleasure,” he shared. “It gives me good motivation to do better, more and more, and I really want to be here next time as well.” He describes his experience at Reliasourcing as a space for continuous learning, where every day offers a new skill to master. With guidance from his team leaders and managers, he found improvement and a stronger sense of teamwork. “We always think as one team. This reward isn’t just for me, but for them as well. I’m here because of them.”

Meanwhile, Ally, now a two-time top performer, reflected on how her journey has been shaped by confidence and consistency. “Working here at Reliasourcing is really fun,” she said. “It’s one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for.” With a year under her belt and six consecutive months as the top one performer in her account, Ally attributes her success to the training and encouragement she’s received from her mentors. “The company really helped me boost my confidence,” she said. “And of course, I’m really grateful to TL Sonny, he’s helped mold me into who I am today.”

Excellence from the Back-Office Operations

For Echo from the Marketing Department, being recognized as a first-time awardee holds special meaning. “This is my first job in the corporate world, so it’s a monumental moment for me to get an award like this,” he shared. “It’s recognition and, to a certain extent, validation that I’m on the right track.” Coming from a freelancing background, Echo credits the environment and mentorship at Reliasourcing for his development. “I’m constantly growing here,” he said. “Over the past quarter, I learned the importance of consistency and finding ways to perform tasks and, more importantly, improve how we do them.”

Lastly, Hazee, Reliasourcing’s Deputy HR Head, captured what makes the company’s culture unique. “Working with Reliasourcing is fun,” she said with a smile. “It feels like you’re working with family, not just colleagues.” Having worked with multiple directors, she spoke about how mentorship has helped her grow professionally. “Each one of them had working styles that I adapted and learned from,” she explained. “They allowed me to make decisions and learn from them.” For her, success stems from both motivation and mindset. “You have to have fun while working,” she added. “If walang fun, feeling ko dun mabilis ma-burn out and mawawalan ng motivation to do better” (If there’s no fun, I feel you’ll easily get burned out and lose your motivation to do better).

Across all their stories, one message shines through: growth doesn’t happen alone. The Q3 awardees each credit their teams, mentors, and leaders for helping them reach new heights, proving once again that recognition at Reliasourcing is more than individual success. The collective spirit that continues to drive the team every single day is what makes every achievement possible.

Carrying the Energy Forward

The Q3 Awarding allowed us to reflect on how far the team has come together. Every name called, every message shared, and every cheer from the crowd represented the unity and pride that continue to define Reliasourcing’s culture.

As the company looks ahead to the final quarter of the year, the spirit of recognition continues to fuel its people to aim higher, work smarter, and grow stronger together. Because at Reliasourcing, success is never a solo act. The shared victory was built on teamwork, trust, and the drive to improve with every opportunity.

Here’s to our Q3 awardees, to every Reliasourcing employee delivering excellent service, and to a celebration filled with recognition, connection, and community. Congratulations, Q3 Awardees!

Year-End Party & Awarding: Celebrating a Year of Excellence

The Year-End Party marked a moment of collective reflection, recognizing the individuals and teams whose performance defined Reliasourcing throughout 2025. This final awarding of the year honored consistency, leadership, resilience, and the ability to sustain excellence over time.

Unlike quarterly ceremonies that spotlight momentum within a defined period, the Year-End Awards recognized the long game. Awardees were celebrated for both their outstanding results and the consistency in their habits, mindset, and teamwork demonstrated throughout the entire year. Each recognition symbolized months of discipline, adaptability, and commitment to both clients and colleagues.

Held alongside the Year-End Party last December 7, 2025, the awarding brought together celebration and gratitude in one shared space. Laughter, conversations, and recognition filled the room, reinforcing what the past year had clearly shown: progress at Reliasourcing is built through people who consistently show up and elevate those around them.

Voices from the Spotlight: Year-End Awardee Reflections

The Year-End Awards carried a different kind of weight for the recipients. Unlike quarterly recognitions that capture a moment in time, the recognition this time was proof of a full year of consistency and growth. Across interviews, awardees spoke candidly about responsibility, stewardship, leadership, and the unseen work that compounds over time. Their reflections revealed how 2025 shaped them as the top performers of the year.

Growth Through Responsibility: Nikko

For Nikko from the Marketing Department, receiving the Year-End Award did not come as a shock—but it did come with reflection. As a four-time quarterly awardee and a previous Excellence Award recipient in 2024, the recognition reminded him less of achievement and more of accountability.

Sa totoo lang, not completely shocked… Mas nasurprise ako dun sa per quarter na nasasama ako bilang awardee. But instead of feeling proud that day, I immediately got humbled by the experience. It reminded me of the responsibility of that recognition to keep growing and raising the bar.
(Honestly, not completely shocked… I was more surprised during the quarterly awards when I was included as an awardee. But instead of feeling proud that day, I immediately felt humbled by the experience. It reminded me of the responsibility that comes with that recognition to keep growing and raising the bar.)

Looking back, Nikko described 2025 as a year where standing still was not an option. What once counted as extra effort quickly became the bare minimum. Growth, for him, meant evolving alongside a fast-changing industry.

Kung di ako nagpakita ng bago sa year 2025… di ako yung sumasagot ng mga questions na ’to now. Nag-eevolve ang mundo… I need to catch up. Learn from my bosses… and practice.
(If I didn’t show something new in 2025… I wouldn’t be answering these questions now. The world is evolving… I needed to catch up. Learn from my bosses… and practice.)

One of the toughest challenges he faced was losing two junior team members within the same year, forcing him to confront questions about leadership while carrying added responsibilities.

“Am I only an excellent employee but not a leader?… I’ve yet to figure it out but I believe making tough decisions, being agile, and displaying positive mental attitude… helped me grow.”

Behind his consistency was quiet support at home, something he credits deeply.

Palagi kong sinasabi sa wife ko… she always has a huge part in those wins. It always starts at home.
(I always tell my wife… she plays a huge part in those wins. It always starts at home.)

His mindset throughout the year was rooted in faith and purpose, guided by the belief that excellence is built daily.

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart… I am building a habit that I know will glorify God.

Looking ahead, Nikko’s goal is clear: to grow into a more effective leader, even if recognition no longer follows. For him, impact outweighs awards.

Stewardship in the Details: Nhel

For Nhel, a familiar face for anyone who works closely with Co-Founder & Head of Growth & Strategy Amir Borsok, the Year-End Award arrived as a complete surprise. Her reaction was simple and honest.

Shocked because I wasn’t expecting it at all. In my daily job, I just wanted to steward the task being entrusted to me.

The recognition carried deep personal meaning, affirming that the quiet diligence, attention to detail, and care for her work had been seen.

Nothing I do is ever wasted or unseen, which means a lot to me… the care and commitment I put into my work… didn’t go unnoticed.

Her year was not without challenges. Last-minute requests pushed her out of her comfort zone and into growth, particularly in communication and confidence.

It pushed me to develop better communication skills… made me brave and taught me that addressing tensions directly, with respect, leads to stronger relationships.

Support from leadership played a significant role in her journey.

I think both Amir and Yoray… lead by example, honor my efforts, and whenever I make a mistake, they correct me in an encouraging and supportive manner.

What sustained her throughout the year was a mindset of stewardship, treating every responsibility as a trust worth honoring.

When I’m given responsibility for anything… I should steward that trust by doing quality work.

As she moves into the next year, Nhel carries forward a commitment to continuous learning, sustained energy, and passion for meaningful work.

Ownership and Evolution: Alicia

For Alicia, the Year-End Award symbolized a year of growth through responsibility and trust. In a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, the recognition affirmed that her consistency and ownership mattered.

Being recognized meant that the work, consistency, and ownership I took throughout the year truly mattered. It was a proud moment, especially knowing how collaborative our environment is.

2025 marked a turning point in her career, as she stepped beyond execution and into driving outcomes. An internal promotion made the award even more meaningful.

I stepped into more responsibility, earned trust, and evolved beyond just executing tasks into driving outcomes. Being promoted internally made this recognition even more meaningful because it validates both performance and leadership potential.

One of her biggest challenges was navigating ambiguity during periods of growth and change.

Learning how to stay proactive… and make decisions without perfect information pushed me to grow significantly.

Strong collaboration and direct feedback from leaders and teammates helped her maintain high standards throughout the year.

My leaders and teammates played a huge role. The trust, direct feedback, and constant collaboration helped me raise my standards. Being surrounded by people who challenge you while supporting you makes a big difference.

Her guiding mindset was ownership, treating every initiative as something personally accountable to her.

I learned to prioritize progress over perfection and stay adaptable.

Looking ahead, Alicia’s goals center on becoming a dependable leader and teammate, while staying grounded in gratitude and her values as she continues to grow with the company.

Leadership Rooted in Purpose: Team Leader Benz

For TL Benz, receiving the Year-End Award for the second consecutive year was both humbling and deeply meaningful. His initial reaction was emotional and team-centered.

When I first heard the news, my immediate reaction was a mix of emotions, I was really surprised! I am so thankful to Reliasourcing’s leadership team for seeing the value in my contributions in 2025 and of course to my amazing Team Benz, co-leaders, and the whole campaign. They made this award possible. This award is for them.

TL Benz believes that leadership is not about authority, but about care and understanding why each team member shows up, and helping them succeed in their own goals.

“Leadership is not all about giving commands or serving disciplinary actions, but it’s all about taking good care of my amazing people daily by knowing and appreciating why each team member shows up every day with their individual goals and motivations.”

2025 challenged him to balance daily performance management, campaign oversight, and major organizational responsibilities, including supporting the Operations team in securing three ISO certifications.

It was crazy but a successful year, as we secured all three. This challenge helped me to master different processes not only in the operations but across Reliasourcing.

His motivation came from two sources: her family and her team.

They are the ‘why’ in everything I do… Their faith in me provides the emotional support needed to face any challenges.

And his mindset throughout the year was anchored in discipline, responsibility, and purpose.

I set out to show the team the right attitude, the right behavior, and the right discipline every day… My mindset was rooted in their success, knowing that my leadership style directly supported their ability to be successful and, just like me, bring food home to their families.

As he looks ahead, TL Benz’s focus remains on people, prioritizing strong engagement, consistent feedback, and growth that benefits both his team and the company as a whole.

Carrying the Year Forward

The Year-End Awarding closed 2025 with gratitude and pride. Each story shared during the celebration reveals the same underlying truth, that excellence is not built in isolated moments, but through daily commitment, accountability, and care for others.

As Reliasourcing steps into a new year, the voices of its awardees serve to push for growth sustained through support and consistency. The achievements of 2025 were made possible by people who showed up fully, learned continuously, and lifted those around them along the way.

Congratulations to all our Year-End Awardees, and to every Reliasourcing team member who made 2025 a year worth celebrating.
