Laughter and a touch of mystery filled the Reliasourcing office on October 24, 2025, as the company’s Halloween Haunt transformed the workplace into a playground of spooky delight. The annual event, complete with trick-or-treating, a Boo-th Decorating Contest, a Halloween Runway, and fun family activities, brought together employees and their loved ones to celebrate community and creativity.

A Spooktacular Celebration

The yearly Halloween celebration has always been about connection, and the Halloween Haunt is no different. Colleagues welcomed each other’s families, filling the office with laughter, chatter, and children darting between decorated booths. Each bay was uniquely designed under the “Spook Your Workstation: Boo-th Decorating Contest”, turning workspaces into mini haunted worlds bursting with cobwebs and creativity.

Throughout the afternoon, guests were treated to a magic and bubble show from a pair of clowns, whose performances drew delighted cheers from kids and adults alike.

Free food, drinks, and giveaways energized everyone, while a face and hand paint booth let children and parents add an artistic touch to their costumes. Candies lined every corner, and a photobooth captured the fun with keepsake snapshots that would surely find their way onto family fridges and group chats.

Boo-th Decorating Contest Winners

The day’s highlight was the “Spook Your Workstation: Boo-th Decorating Contest,” where teams showcased creativity through themed bays filled with eerie lights, sound effects, and team costumes. Campaigns transformed their spaces into haunted rooms and movie-inspired displays that impressed everyone, including the judges. And after much anticipation, the winners were announced:

1st Place – Credit Sense (Mythical Creatures)

The winding corners of their office turned into a real haunted place as they toured and lured the people in for a frightening treat. Featuring mythical creatures and stories of old, they are the victors of this year’s bay decoration contest.

2nd Place – Mixed Fruits (Addams Family)

Drawing from the ever-iconic Addams Family, the Mixed Fruits ensemble featured the many characters of the favorite halloween series, as they dined together in complete eerie silence.

3rd Place – Papaya Gaming (Friday the 13th)

Friday the 13th tookover as their room became riddled with lifeless bodies lying on the ground, along with iconic movie references that ran a chill down the visitors’ spines.

Families Take the Spotlight

This year’s Halloween Haunt continues our tradition of family celebrations, reflecting Reliasourcing’s culture of inclusion. For many, it was their first time sharing the office experience with their loved ones, and the excitement was contagious.

“Super saya po kasi first time niya rin na makasama sa ganito pong event” (I am very happy because this is his first time participating in an event like this), shared Charm, one of the attendees, as she watched her son Zeus explore the event. She shared that her son’s favorite part of the celebration is dressing up like in his favorite horror films, “Yung ganyan po [points to the costume]. Kasi favorite niya po talaga, mahilig siya sa mga horror.” (It’s the costume. Yes, because it’s his favorite. He loves horror movies.)

For others, the celebration was a reminder of how Reliasourcing creates space for balance beyond work, Team Leader Tine shares, “This is actually our first time to attend a Reliasourcing Halloween party. So, we’re really excited. We’ve actually traveled three hours just to get here… to be able for the kids to enjoy, have fun, and also experience how life in Reliasourcing is.” She attended with her two sons dressed as the iconic characters of Harry Potter and Dracula.

She added, “Actually, this is not the first time that we’ve participated to a Bay Decor contest… I’m one of the persons who really take the lead into planning, buying the materials, and making sure that this would definitely be something the people in Reliasourcing and the kids would also look forward to seeing.”

Culture in Full Color

Each story shared a common theme—togetherness. Parents and kids alike expressed joy in seeing the workplace turn into a space for the family. “Actually, para sa ’kin, okay siya kasi welcoming siya for the children, nakakapag-enjoy sila, and at the same time nakakapag-visit sila sa workplace ng parents nila” (Actually, for me, it’s great because it’s welcoming for the children. They can enjoy and at the same time, they can visit their parents’ workplace.), said Maris, who brought her three children to the event.

For Erryl, who attended with her husband Kenneth and their baby, it was a proud moment. “I’m so happy and glad at the same time. Sana tuloy-tuloy” (I hope it will continue), she said. Kenneth added, “Happy lang. First kasi ni Baby Kisha doing a trick or treat. And dito siya naganap sa work ng wife ko, so masaya.” (Just happy. It’s the first time for Baby Kisha to do a trick or treat. And it happened here, where my wife works, so I’m happy.)

Meanwhile, Merylle, who joined with her sons and nephew, shared how much it meant to reconnect with teammates: “It’s nice because we rarely see each other… It’s rare to have an interaction with a team member or anyone. But it’s nice that we get to see other teams.” She added the rarity for a company to have an even for the family, “it’s very rare for a company to include the family members. And including the family members itself is like… you’re not just thinking about employees. You’re not just thinking about business. You also include family as part of the company.”

Magic, Memories, and Meaning

From spooky booths to the Halloween Runway Show where both kids and adults showcased their creative costumes, the event was a blend of laughter and genuine connection. Parents cheered as their children showed off their costumes, while employees bonded over shared stories and treats.

“Kahapon po sama-sama [sa paggawa ng decor], tapos ngayon po. Yung mga tao rito nagpa-participate po lahat” (Yesterday, we were decorating together. And now, all the people here are participating), said Charm, reflecting on how the event strengthened team unity.

Across every workstation and hallway, there was a sense of joy that defined the day. Reliasourcing’s Halloween Haunt 2025 testifies to the company’s people-first culture, where work and family coexist in meaningful ways.

As TL Tine perfectly summarized: “Having this kind of activity makes us feel like there’s always time to have fun and enjoy while having your families over as well.”

A Celebration Beyond Work

As the day ended with smiles, painted faces, and bags full of candy, one thing was certain: Reliasourcing knows how to make Halloween more than a holiday. It is now the tradition of a community sharing laughter, showing care.
