Valentine’s Day at Reliasourcing was a full-day celebration of connection and the kind of culture that makes people look forward to coming into the office.

OOTD: Relationship Status 💗
This year’s Valentine’s Day dress code easily became a conversation starter. Each color represented a “relationship status,” adding a playful twist to the workday:
- Red – Happy and contented
- Pink – Conducting heart sourcing
- Blue – Heart under maintenance
- Yellow – Self-love era, investing in myself
- Green – It’s complicated
- White – Ghosted
- Orange – Here for the vibes
- Purple – Delulu / Crush detected
- Brown – No rush, no crush
- Black – Work is my Valentine
Walking through the office felt like stepping into a live mood board of personalities. Conversations sparked naturally and teammates laughed over color choices. Some confidently claimed their “self-love era,” while others embraced their “delulu” status with pride.
The dress code made it easy for everyone to participate, whether for celebrating romance, friendships, career focus, or simply good vibes.
Games, Energy, and Shared Moments
The official program kicked off in the evening, with the team gathering for a lineup of activities. Mini games filled the room with cheers and playful competition, and laughter echoed through the area as teams formed quickly and friendly rivalries emerged.
The atmosphere felt light yet connected, reinforcing a culture built through shared experiences. Exciting prizes added to the momentum, but the real reward was the sense of community that carried throughout the night.
Captured Memories, Sweet Treats
One of the highlights of the celebration was the unlimited photo booth, open during two time slots from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM to accommodate employees with varying shifts.
From group shots in coordinated colors to spontaneous poses with colleagues, the photobooth quickly became a hub of activity. Teams stepped away from their desks in the afternoon to capture fun moments, then returned in the evening for more creative snaps.
The booth captured friendships, inside jokes, and the everyday connections that define Reliasourcing’s culture. And to add to this, chocolates were also distributed around the office, setting the tone before the games began.
