Held on May 7, 2026, the celebration brought together employees for an afternoon centered on appreciation, rest, and small moments of joy. Relaxing massage sessions, giveaways, and shared snacks were provided for the mothers of the workplace, reflecting something deeply valued within Reliasourcing culture: taking care of the people who take care of everyone else.
A Celebration for Every Kind of “Supermom”

The celebration honored not only mothers who have raised children but also women who serve as mentors, leaders, and dependable figures within their teams. The event equally recognized managers, team leaders, and employees who actively create supportive spaces for others.
One of the highlights of the celebration was the 15-minute back massage experience that we prepared for employees. The company arranged reservation slots in advance to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for everyone, and walk-in slots were also available.

Inside the recreational area, the atmosphere shifted away from the usual fast-paced work environment. Conversations slowed down, and employees took time to genuinely unwind.

Alongside the massage sessions, employees also received small but heartfelt giveaways prepared for the celebration. The giveaways included nail sets, chocolates, and sunflowers.

The sunflowers especially stood out throughout the venue, adding warmth and color to the afternoon while symbolizing positivity and appreciation.
A snack bar was also prepared during the event, giving employees another opportunity to gather, relax, and spend time with one another outside of regular work conversations.
