Job description:

We’re looking for an experienced Tier 3 Technical Support professional with a strong SaaS and eCommerce background to support our B2B clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Tier 3 technical support and complex issue resolution
  • Support eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Gorgias)
  • Manage product listings, including SKU setup and maintenance
  • Assist B2B clients with technical and platform-related concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and resolutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year Tier 3 Technical Support experience
  • Strong eCommerce experience (Amazon, Shopify, Gorgias)
  • Experience in product listing and SKU management
  • B2B (Business-to-Business) support experience
  • SaaS support experience

Work Set-Up:

  • Full onsite training in Double Dragon, Pasay
  • Transition to hybrid setup upon client approval: 3 days WFH, 2 days onsite

Availability:

  • Must be available to start ASAP
