Work Setup: Full Onsite | Shifting Schedule

Salary: ₱28,000–₱35,000

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S. homeowners using client-provided leads.
  • Promote home improvement services, including windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, and full home remodeling.
  • Engage potential customers, identify their needs, handle objections, and generate interest.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Meet daily and weekly sales and appointment-setting targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow campaign procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of inbound and outbound sales experience.
  • Previous outbound telemarketing, telesales, appointment setting, telco sales, or upselling experience is a MUST.
  • Strong spoken English, clear pronunciation, and a natural, confident phone presence.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, objection-handling, and customer engagement skills.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and handling rejection.
  • Computer-literate, with the ability to navigate CRM and call center systems.
  • Motivated, energetic, and capable of meeting performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting for U.S.-based campaigns.
  • Familiarity with auto-dialers or power dialers.
  • Background in home improvement, construction, solar, or related industries is an advantage.

Note: Direct home improvement experience is not required. Candidates with strong English communication skills and proven outbound sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Work Arrangement: 100% onsite. No work-from-home arrangement is currently available.
