The Greatest Fright Show: Reliasourcing’s Halloween Celebration 2026

Haunted attractions, elaborate costumes, and an afternoon of family fun took over the Reliasourcing production floor on October 23, 2026. With The Greatest Fright Show as its theme, this year’s Halloween celebration brought employees and their children together for a program filled with entertainment, friendly competition, and plenty of treats.

Teams transformed their bays into Halloween destinations, while employees traded their everyday looks for characters drawn from folklore, fantasy, pop culture, and horror. Between the decorations and the activities prepared for younger guests, there was plenty to explore throughout the afternoon.

A Workplace Transformation Worth Exploring

The Bay Decoration Competition gave teams a chance to put their imagination and resourcefulness on display. Each participating group developed its own concept, turning familiar work areas into settings that ranged from a haunted medical center to an abandoned carnival.

Judging considered creativity and originality, overall theme and presentation, effort and resourcefulness, visual impact, and cleanliness and safety. The competition encouraged teams to think through the whole experience, from the concept behind their display to how it came together within their workspace. Six teams earned a place in this year’s rankings:

1st Place: The Haunted Medical Center

2nd Place: Pinoy Spooky Perya

3rd Place: The Haunted Bay: Four Realms of Terror

4th Place: Circus of Terror

5th Place: The Abandoned Carnival

6th Place: Zootopia

Champions Make It Three in a Row

The champs secured first place with The Haunted Medical Center, marking their third consecutive championship win since 2024. Following its winning mythical-creatures concept in 2025, the team returned with another theme and extended its run at the top.

The rest of the lineup brought its own interpretations to the competition. Pinoy Spooky Perya introduced a local fairground concept, while The Haunted Bay: Four Realms of Terror rounded out the top three. Together, the participating teams gave employees and visiting families several distinct Halloween worlds to discover.

Costumes Take Their Turn in the Spotlight

The creativity continued beyond the decorated bays. Employees brought their own characters into the celebration, with the adult costume competition recognizing four standout entries:

The winning lineup brought together Philippine folklore, an Indonesian ghost, a horror character, and a familiar storybook pirate. Across these different inspirations, the competition gave employees another way to share their creativity with colleagues. Children also had their own Best in Costume category, making dressing up part of the occasion for both generations.

An Afternoon for the Little Guests

Alongside the competitions, the program featured a magic show, balloon show, giant bubble show, and mini-games. Face painting and balloon twisting added more activities for children, while a food cart and photo booth rounded out the celebration.

Trick-or-treating brought the children onto the production floor to collect sweets around the decorated bays. For employees attending with their little ones, the event offered a chance to share their workplace in a different setting, with costumes, treats, and activities giving families something to enjoy together.

The official program ran until 7:00 PM, while the photo booth remained open until 10:00 PM, leaving extra time for colleagues to capture their Halloween looks.

Keeping the Halloween Tradition Going

Following Halloween Haunt 2025, The Greatest Fright Show continued Reliasourcing’s tradition of welcoming employees’ families into the celebration. The annual event gives teams a shared creative project and an occasion to spend time together beyond their usual responsibilities.

Much of what makes the celebration possible happens through participation: teams preparing their bays, employees putting together costumes, and organizers coordinating activities for adults and children. Everyone who contributed helped turn a familiar workplace into an afternoon worth remembering.
