Job description:

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support our Operations team in onboarding new partners onto a digital commerce and marketplace automation platform. This role focuses on managing, validating, and organizing large volumes of product and catalog data to ensure accuracy and seamless system integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retrieve, review, and adjust product and catalog data as required
  • Upload and maintain data within internal systems and platforms
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting
  • Coordinate with internal teams through email and documented workflows

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in data entry or data analyst (Preferably from E-commerce / Retail Technology / Marketplace Enablement industries)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (required)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfortable handling repetitive and structured data tasks
