On February 14, 2025, we held Love, Reliasourcing, a heartfelt Valentine’s celebration that honored the connections that make our organization a loving workplace. The Love Trivia Challenge set the tone for the evening with fun competition. Representatives of each account tested their knowledge of pop culture and Valentine’s traditions through a Kahoot game. Teams from different departments participated in a trivia challenge, promoting teamwork and quick thinking. Friendly banter filled the room and participants collaborated to secure podium spots. They strategized and cheered each other on, leading to a lighthearted showdown. Surprising facts and amusing misconceptions kept everyone engaged, making it an entertaining segment that kept everyone excited.
Meanwhile, the Pop the Balloon activity brought fun and unpredictability to the event. Each balloon had a hidden surprise, turning a simple game into a moment of anticipation. Every pop added excitement to the evening, revealing tokens and unexpected prizes. Participants eagerly uncovered surprises in balloons, fueled with laughter and cheers echoing throughout the venue.
To make Valentine’s celebration complete, we paired an array of treats with stickers for everyone. Throughout the night, attendees enjoyed indulgent desserts, some shared during the program and some delivered to their stations. It was a small yet meaningful token of appreciation for their hard work and dedication. Conversations naturally flowed as employees collected stickers, reminisced about past events, and strengthened bonds over their love for sweets.
A dedicated photo booth also provided attendees with a fun way to capture memories from the evening. Each guest received two printed photos. One was a keepsake, and the other was for a handwritten message. The photo booth was popular all night as colleagues posed for group pictures. They commemorated the occasion with joyful snapshots, and laughter and love simply filled the air.
