At Reliasourcing, recognition is a rhythm that carries through the entire year. Each quarter offers a chance to pause and celebrate the people driving real progress across teams and campaigns.
From the energy of a fresh start to the momentum built over months of consistent performance, every awarding event captures a different stage of growth. This continuously updated article will document those exact moments throughout 2026 to highlight achievements, share stories, and recognize the individuals who shape Reliasourcing’s culture of excellence.
As the year unfolds, this article will evolve alongside it, adding new milestones, voices, and celebrations that define what success looks like in action.
Q1 Awarding: In Full Bloom — 2026 Kick-Off & Recognition Night

The first quarter of 2026 carried a different kind of energy at Reliasourcing, and it was all about setting a stronger, more intentional pace for the months ahead.
To mark that beginning, the team gathered for “In Full Bloom: 2026 Kick-Off & Q1 Recognition Night.” The theme reflected more than aesthetics, capturing a mindset that growth takes time, consistency builds results, and the strongest performances often start quietly before they’re seen.

The celebration took place on April 17, 2026, at Katherine’s Cafe. With a springtime garden party theme, the venue transformed into a space that felt both relaxed and celebratory. Light tones, floral touches, and easygoing silhouettes set the tone for an evening that balanced recognition with genuine connection.
Recognition That Reflects Real Work

At its core, the night remained grounded in what matters most: recognizing performance. Each award represented a quarter’s worth of effort—targets met, challenges navigated, and consistency maintained even when it wasn’t easy. The recognition went beyond numbers, as it acknowledged the habits, discipline, and mindset required to sustain strong performance over time. There was a noticeable mix among awardees:
- First-time winners experiencing that moment for the first time
- Returning performers reinforcing their consistency
- Team contributors whose impact extended beyond individual metrics
Every name called added to a growing sense that progress at Reliasourcing is truly built collectively.
Voices from the Spotlight: Q1 Awardee Reflections
The Q1 Recognition Night continued beyond the applause and certificates with reflections from this quarter’s awardees. Their answers revealed a shared theme: recognition felt meaningful not only because of the award itself, but because it affirmed the effort, learning, and support systems that shaped their first quarter of 2026.
Team Leader Gerald: Creating Impact from Day One

For TL Gerald, the Q1 recognition came early in his transition to a new campaign, making the achievement especially significant.
“I was honored to be recognized, especially early into my transition to a new campaign in February 2026. It reinforced that the impact we create doesn’t depend on tenure, it comes from being intentional and taking ownership from day one.”
Leadership & Initiatives
Looking back, TL Gerald connected the achievement to the initiatives he identified and executed to improve how the campaign operates. One key project was the creation of the Central Hub, a centralized knowledge base designed to bring scattered resources into one reliable source of truth.
“One key project was establishing the Central Hub, a centralized knowledge base that consolidated previously scattered resources into one reliable source of truth. This streamlined how agents access information and improved both efficiency and consistency.”
Another major initiative was the 5-Step Email Workflow, which standardized how agents handle emails from start to finish.
“Similar to a call flow in voice campaigns, this ensured that critical steps are not missed and elevated the overall quality of customer interactions.”
For TL Gerald, the common thread across all initiatives was clear: identify gaps, simplify processes, and build systems that help the team perform at a higher level.
“Beyond these, the common thread across all initiatives was a focus on identifying gaps, simplifying processes, and building systems that make it easier for the team to perform at a high level.”
The quarter also came with challenges. To close the knowledge gap quickly, he immersed himself in the process.
“To address this, I focused on accelerating my learning curve by actively immersing myself in the process. Handling tickets daily, as guided by OD (Operations Director), helped me gain hands-on experience and build a deeper understanding of the workflow in a short period of time. I approached it with urgency and treated every ticket as an opportunity to learn and improve.”
Insights from the Experience
His advice to fellow Reliasourcing employees focused on intentionality and ownership:
“Be intentional with the value you bring. Don’t just follow processes. Look for ways to improve them. Focus on your strengths, but stay observant. Opportunities to create impact are always there if you take the time to see them and act on them. Most importantly, choose to be part of the solution.”
He also recognized the leadership and peer support that made the campaign’s improvements possible.
“I also want to recognize the leadership support behind our success. SOM (Senior Operations Manager) Michelle continuously checks in and encourages us to stay proactive instead of waiting for direction, while OD Henie fosters an environment where we’re trusted to take ownership, propose initiatives, and execute independently. That kind of support makes it possible to turn ideas into real improvements.”
He continued by acknowledging the collaboration of his fellow leaders and the consistency of his team.
“I’d also like to acknowledge my co-team leaders, TL Sydney, TL Allex, TL Rell Ann, and OM Janelle, for their support in driving the campaign’s action plans. These initiatives would not have been successfully implemented without their collaboration and alignment.
Lastly, I want to thank my team for their consistency and support. Their commitment to executing action plans and continuously improving made it possible to translate these initiatives into results.”
Shey: Consistency, Teamwork, and Quality

For Shey, Quality Analyst, the recognition was both surprising and meaningful.
“I felt genuinely surprised and grateful. It was very rewarding to know that my efforts over the past months were noticed and appreciated. It also motivated me to continue doing my best and contributing more to the team.”
Looking back on Q1, Shey credited consistency and teamwork as key contributors to her achievement.
“Consistency and teamwork played a big role. I made sure to stay aligned with my goals, manage my tasks efficiently, and communicate well with my teammates and leads. I also stayed open to feedback, which helped me improve continuously.”
Like many strong performers, she handled her first quarter challenges through organization, prioritization, and asking for guidance when needed.
“Yes, there were moments when workload and shifting priorities were challenging. I handled this by staying organized, prioritizing tasks effectively, and seeking guidance when needed. This helped me stay on track without compromising quality.”
Her message to the team reflected the collaborative spirit behind the award:
“I’d like to thank everyone for their support and collaboration, especially my team, the QA Department. This recognition is not just mine but also reflects the teamwork and positive environment we all contribute to. Let’s continue supporting each other and striving for excellence together.”
Carl: Learning Through Accountability

For Carl, Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, being recognized at the Q1 Awarding felt both humbling and encouraging.
“I felt truly thankful and honored. It showed me that Reliasourcing values the hard work and dedication of its people. This recognition boosted my confidence and motivated me to keep moving forward while continuing to enjoy my work.”
Looking back on the first quarter, Carl pointed his focus on accuracy and on making reports more systematic, organized, and visually clear.
“As a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, I focused on improving our financial reports, especially in Excel. I made sure the reports were more systematic, organized, and visually clear, paying attention not only to accuracy but also to structure and design.”
During the quarter, he faced a technical issue in the accounting system. While he openly acknowledged making a mistake, he also emphasized how the experience became a learning point.
“One of the biggest challenges was dealing with a technical issue in our accounting system. I made a mistake, but with the help of the developers, it was resolved. I handled it by learning from the experience and focusing on what we could do better next time.”
His message to teammates and fellow Reliasourcing employees was simple but important:
“Don’t be afraid to make mistakes, especially when your intentions are good. Nobody is perfect. What matters is that we learn from our mistakes, move forward, and use them as part of our growth journey.”
Tweety Mae: Growing Through a Strong Support System

For Tweety Mae, Talent Acquisition Associate, the recognition came as a surprise, especially since she was still new to Reliasourcing.
“I honestly couldn’t believe it because I’m still new to Reliasourcing, it’s only been three months since I was hired. Really, I wasn’t expecting any kind of recognition so early, so it came as a big surprise. I felt shocked, but at the same time, very grateful and happy.”
The award became more meaningful because she still sees herself as someone adjusting and finding her place in the work environment.
“It made me realize that all the hard work I’ve been putting in is paying off. Even now, I still see myself as someone who is learning and adjusting to the work environment, which makes this recognition even more meaningful. Being awarded as an Outstanding Performer is truly an honor, and it motivates me to keep improving and giving my best.”
Since joining the company, Tweety Mae has remained open to feedback and eager to improve her skills. The support of the recruitment team also played an important role.
“I believe my willingness to learn played a big role in this achievement. Since I’m still new, I’ve been very open to feedback and always eager to improve my skills. Aside from that, the team in recruitment has been incredibly supportive and collaborative.”
She added that the environment helped her stay motivated, focused, and better equipped to adapt.
“Having a positive and encouraging environment really helped me stay motivated and focused on my work. The guidance and support from my teammates made it easier for me to adapt, grow, and perform better each day.”
Novel Experiences & Gratitude
As this is her first job, one of her biggest challenges was keeping up with a fast-paced environment alongside more experienced teammates. Rather than letting that pressure discourage her, she chose to be proactive.
“At first, it felt overwhelming trying to match their speed and level of expertise. However, I handled this by being proactive—I asked questions whenever I was unsure, observed how my colleagues worked, and made sure to apply what I learned.”
Her message reflected gratitude and excitement for continued growth:
“To my recruitment team, I just want to say thank you—I’m truly grateful for all your support, guidance, and encouragement. You’ve made my transition into this role much easier and more enjoyable.
To my fellow Reliasourcing employees, I’m really happy to be part of this company and to be working alongside such amazing people. Let’s continue supporting and uplifting one another, maintaining a positive work environment, and striving for excellence together. I’m excited to keep growing with all of you and contribute more to our shared success.”
Tweety’s award this first quarter of 2026 is a testament to where recognition goes inside Reliasourcing; even team members new to the company are recognized for their outstanding performance.
More Than a Theme: What “In Full Bloom” Represents

The theme extended beyond visuals and into how the quarter was approached, where growth isn’t always immediate or visible. In many cases, it’s happening beneath the surface, through improved habits, better decision-making, and stronger collaboration.
“In Full Bloom” reflects that stage. The work is being done. The results are starting to show. And the foundation is being set for something bigger, and the night ended the same way it began: with a sense of direction.

Recognition provided closure for the quarter and created momentum. Conversations naturally shifted toward what comes next, and that’s the role of Q1 at Reliasourcing—it sets the standard, establishes rhythm, and reminds everyone that performance is built daily, not quarterly.
Q2 Awarding: Hall of Fame, Where Excellence Becomes Legendary
After Q1 set the tone for the year, Reliasourcing carried that momentum into the second quarter with a celebration that brought recognition and full-on Y2K energy together. The Q2 Awarding 2026 was held at Metro Cafe at the MET Live Mall, where employees gathered for an evening centered on appreciation and standout performance.

The evening brought together food, music, and movement, where a buffet was served, giving everyone time to settle in, share conversations, and enjoy the celebration. A live band performance by employees added energy to the night, while singing and dancing games gave employees space to loosen up and cheer each other on. The heart of the night then centered on recognizing the people whose dedication, consistency, and teamwork helped shape Reliasourcing’s Q2 wins.
Recognition That Celebrates Consistency and Contribution
The Q2 Awarding highlighted employees from different departments and campaigns, each with their own story of growth and impact. Some awardees had already built years of history with Reliasourcing, while others were newer to the company and still in the early chapters of their journey.

Across their reflections, one message stood out clearly: recognition becomes more meaningful when it reflects not only personal effort, but also the support, environment, and teamwork behind each achievement. The night recognized performance and celebrated the habits that make performance sustainable: dedication, ownership, openness to feedback, strong work ethic, shared best practices, and the willingness to keep showing up during challenging moments.
Voices from the Spotlight: Q2 Awardee Reflections

The Q2 awardees shared honest reflections on what the recognition meant to them, what helped them reach this milestone, and what they wanted their teammates to remember moving forward. Their answers pointed to a culture where performance is built through consistency and a shared commitment to growth.
Aby: Staying Consistent and Thankful

For Aby, HR Compensation and Benefits Specialist, the Q2 recognition marked another meaningful milestone in her Reliasourcing journey. When asked how she felt about being recognized, her answer was simple and sincere: “I feel blessed to receive another award.”
Aby shared that this was already her fifth recognition, making the moment a reflection of sustained effort across several quarters: “I think it’s my consistency with my work ethic.” When asked what that meant in practice, she pointed to dedication, staying on track, and remaining motivated.
Remaining Resilient and Grounded
During the quarter, she shared that resilience played an important role: “I think we have to remain resilient and still motivated as a part of the company.” Her message to fellow Reliasourcing employees was grounded in gratitude: “Be thankful for what we have because not everyone has a job. Don’t take it for granted. If you love your job, stay.”

It was a short message that carried weight. For Aby, recognition is also a reminder to value the opportunity, the work, and the stability that comes with being part of the company.
May: Loyalty, Belonging, and Five Years of Growth
For May, Finance Manager, the Q2 Awarding came with added meaning as she reflected on her five years with Reliasourcing. “Of course, I feel happy, and I feel valued because of this, and that the company is recognizing our loyalty and services,” she shared.
Her recognition reflected a longer journey shaped by the relationships she built within the company. Looking back, May shared, “Maybe dedication, and of course, it’s that feeling of belongingness to the company. And of course, there have been ups and downs, and maybe you can look up to the management, how they’re doing to support the employees.”

Pushing Through Difficult Seasons
When asked about the challenges she faced through the years, May spoke honestly about difficult seasons. There were times when things felt heavy, and moments when giving up crossed her mind. Even the simple act of going to work during the rainy season became a challenge, especially when flooding made the commute difficult.

Still, she emphasized that work itself remained manageable, supported by the team and environment around her. Her message to teammates and fellow Reliasourcing employees reflected both encouragement and realism: “My teammates, keep pushing and keep doing your best. Let’s keep doing our best. Also, for the employees of Reliasourcing, we are valued. So if you doubt, keep holding on. Because there’s no such thing as easy work.”
Finding Strength in Team Camaraderie
For May, longevity comes from the people around you. She pointed to her group in Finance and the office environment, explaining that their team dynamic helped sustain her through the years.
She also described the experience as something close to family: “For me, even though I have my own experience with previous companies, it’s not the same. Here, it’s more of a family experience. The camaraderie among the group.”
May’s story reflects a quieter but powerful kind of excellence: staying committed, building trust over time, and finding strength in the team around you.
Al: Sharing Wins So Everyone Succeeds

For Al, Performance and Learning Development Manager, being recognized after only around six months with the company was a proud moment. More importantly, he saw the award as something shared with his team.
“I would say that being just around six months in the company, I felt really proud of what I’ve done. It’s such an accomplishment that all of the plans actually come into fruition. And it’s not just me, but my team that I really want to thank because without them actually following whatever plans we had, I wouldn’t be here. So it was really such a proud moment for me, not just for myself, but also for my guys.”
A Campaign That Shares Success
Looking back on the quarter, Al credited the guidance and teamwork within the Papaya campaign. He described a culture where success is not kept within one team, but shared so the whole campaign can improve.
“It would be the guidance of the whole team, not just my team exactly, but also the other teams in our campaign. Because we have a really good dynamic in the campaign where whatever we do, whatever success that we actually achieve, we immediately share it among the other teams so that the whole process or campaign actually succeeds together.” He also recognized the guidance of their senior team leader and operations director as a major help.
Fixing Team Dynamics Through Collaboration
But for Al, the quarter was not without challenges. He described the start as rocky, especially as the team had to adjust dynamics and welcome new members into existing groups. “We needed to change up the folks that we had under our buckets because we needed to sort of fix the team dynamics,” he shared.

To overcome this, he focused on creating buy-in and making new agents feel welcome so the team could work together properly and collaboratively. His approach reflected the importance of helping people feel included before expecting the team to perform as one.
Sharing Best Practices and Wins
His message to Reliasourcing employees centered on shared improvement: “I think the main key on why we were able to succeed is that we looked for the easiest way to perform everything that we need to do, process-wise, compliance-wise, and shared it with everyone.”
He added, “Always share best practices, always share your wins, and make sure that everyone else wins together with you.” For Al, recognition is proof that plans worked and that when knowledge and wins are shared, growth becomes easier for everyone to carry.
Shiela: Consistency, Environment, and Helping Others Grow
For Shiela, Customer Service Representative, the Q2 recognition continued a pattern of strong performance. She shared that she had already been recognized as a top quarterly awardee the previous year, making this latest award another meaningful moment in her journey.
“Well, of course, first of all, I’m so overwhelmed. Since last year, I’ve been recognized as a top quarterly awardee. And as of now, it’s a privilege as well to be a part of the campaign and be one of the awardees.”

A Work Environment That Motivates
When asked what contributed most to the achievement, Shiela pointed to the work environment. Having been with Reliasourcing for almost four years, she saw how the environment within her campaign and across the company helped employees stay motivated.
“I noticed that the environment of the campaign and the entire Reliasourcing is different. So, it helped us to be motivated, to conquer any challenges, whatever they are.”
Managing Pressure and Staying Organized

The quarter came with pressure, especially around goals and targets. Shiela acknowledged that maintaining stats while meeting expectations was one of the main struggles. Her way through it was practical and disciplined: “Being organized and going to the office on time, it will help you to finish all the tasks that you need to do.”
Her reflection shows how consistency often comes from simple but intentional habits. Staying organized, showing up prepared, and keeping focus helped her manage the demands of the quarter.
Helping Others Grow Alongside Her
Her message to teammates was full of gratitude. She credited them for helping create the kind of surroundings that made strong performance possible: “I also want to thank them because they are the ones who help my surroundings to have a good environment to perform well and, of course, to be consistent.”
As a senior representative, Shiela also shared her commitment to helping others grow: “And of course, being a senior representative, I’m willing to help them grow. Not just me, but them.” Her recognition, beyond meeting goals, was about helping build the kind of workplace where others can reach theirs too.
Carrying the Q2 Energy Forward

The Q2 Awarding brought the fun of a Y2K-inspired celebration and the heart of Reliasourcing’s recognition culture into one night. The buffet, live band, games, singing, and dancing gave the event its energy, but the stories of the awardees gave it meaning.
Across the reflections from Aby, May, Al, and Shiela, Q2 showed different paths to excellence. Some were rooted in consistency, some came from longevity and loyalty, while others grew from team alignment, shared practices, and the efforts to help others improve.

As Reliasourcing moves into the next quarter, the Q2 awardees carry forward a reminder worth keeping: excellence becomes stronger when it’s shared. The real “Hall of Fame” is built through a culture where everyone is encouraged to grow and celebrate success together.
Congratulations to all our Q2 awardees. May this quarter’s recognition continue to inspire more wins, stronger teamwork, and more legendary moments ahead.
