At Reliasourcing, recognition is a rhythm that carries through the entire year. Each quarter offers a chance to pause and celebrate the people driving real progress across teams and campaigns.

From the energy of a fresh start to the momentum built over months of consistent performance, every awarding event captures a different stage of growth. This continuously updated article will document those exact moments throughout 2026 to highlight achievements, share stories, and recognize the individuals who shape Reliasourcing’s culture of excellence.

As the year unfolds, this article will evolve alongside it, adding new milestones, voices, and celebrations that define what success looks like in action.

Q1 Awarding: In Full Bloom — 2026 Kick-Off & Recognition Night

The first quarter of 2026 carried a different kind of energy at Reliasourcing, and it was all about setting a stronger, more intentional pace for the months ahead.

To mark that beginning, the team gathered for “In Full Bloom: 2026 Kick-Off & Q1 Recognition Night.” The theme reflected more than aesthetics, capturing a mindset that growth takes time, consistency builds results, and the strongest performances often start quietly before they’re seen.

The celebration took place on April 17, 2026, at Katherine’s Cafe. With a springtime garden party theme, the venue transformed into a space that felt both relaxed and celebratory. Light tones, floral touches, and easygoing silhouettes set the tone for an evening that balanced recognition with genuine connection.

Recognition That Reflects Real Work

At its core, the night remained grounded in what matters most: recognizing performance. Each award represented a quarter’s worth of effort—targets met, challenges navigated, and consistency maintained even when it wasn’t easy. The recognition went beyond numbers, as it acknowledged the habits, discipline, and mindset required to sustain strong performance over time. There was a noticeable mix among awardees:

  • First-time winners experiencing that moment for the first time
  • Returning performers reinforcing their consistency
  • Team contributors whose impact extended beyond individual metrics

Every name called added to a growing sense that progress at Reliasourcing is truly built collectively.

Voices from the Spotlight: Q1 Awardee Reflections

The Q1 Recognition Night continued beyond the applause and certificates with reflections from this quarter’s awardees. Their answers revealed a shared theme: recognition felt meaningful not only because of the award itself, but because it affirmed the effort, learning, and support systems that shaped their first quarter of 2026.

Team Leader Gerald: Creating Impact from Day One

For TL Gerald, the Q1 recognition came early in his transition to a new campaign, making the achievement especially significant.

“I was honored to be recognized, especially early into my transition to a new campaign in February 2026. It reinforced that the impact we create doesn’t depend on tenure, it comes from being intentional and taking ownership from day one.”

Leadership & Initiatives

Looking back, TL Gerald connected the achievement to the initiatives he identified and executed to improve how the campaign operates. One key project was the creation of the Central Hub, a centralized knowledge base designed to bring scattered resources into one reliable source of truth.

“One key project was establishing the Central Hub, a centralized knowledge base that consolidated previously scattered resources into one reliable source of truth. This streamlined how agents access information and improved both efficiency and consistency.”

Another major initiative was the 5-Step Email Workflow, which standardized how agents handle emails from start to finish.

“Similar to a call flow in voice campaigns, this ensured that critical steps are not missed and elevated the overall quality of customer interactions.”

For TL Gerald, the common thread across all initiatives was clear: identify gaps, simplify processes, and build systems that help the team perform at a higher level.

“Beyond these, the common thread across all initiatives was a focus on identifying gaps, simplifying processes, and building systems that make it easier for the team to perform at a high level.”

The quarter also came with challenges. To close the knowledge gap quickly, he immersed himself in the process.

“To address this, I focused on accelerating my learning curve by actively immersing myself in the process. Handling tickets daily, as guided by OD (Operations Director), helped me gain hands-on experience and build a deeper understanding of the workflow in a short period of time. I approached it with urgency and treated every ticket as an opportunity to learn and improve.”

Insights from the Experience

His advice to fellow Reliasourcing employees focused on intentionality and ownership:

“Be intentional with the value you bring. Don’t just follow processes. Look for ways to improve them. Focus on your strengths, but stay observant. Opportunities to create impact are always there if you take the time to see them and act on them. Most importantly, choose to be part of the solution.”

He also recognized the leadership and peer support that made the campaign’s improvements possible.

“I also want to recognize the leadership support behind our success. SOM (Senior Operations Manager) Michelle continuously checks in and encourages us to stay proactive instead of waiting for direction, while OD Henie fosters an environment where we’re trusted to take ownership, propose initiatives, and execute independently. That kind of support makes it possible to turn ideas into real improvements.”

He continued by acknowledging the collaboration of his fellow leaders and the consistency of his team.

“I’d also like to acknowledge my co-team leaders, TL Sydney, TL Allex, TL Rell Ann, and OM Janelle, for their support in driving the campaign’s action plans. These initiatives would not have been successfully implemented without their collaboration and alignment.

Lastly, I want to thank my team for their consistency and support. Their commitment to executing action plans and continuously improving made it possible to translate these initiatives into results.”

Shey: Consistency, Teamwork, and Quality

For Shey, Quality Analyst, the recognition was both surprising and meaningful.

“I felt genuinely surprised and grateful. It was very rewarding to know that my efforts over the past months were noticed and appreciated. It also motivated me to continue doing my best and contributing more to the team.”

Looking back on Q1, Shey credited consistency and teamwork as key contributors to her achievement.

“Consistency and teamwork played a big role. I made sure to stay aligned with my goals, manage my tasks efficiently, and communicate well with my teammates and leads. I also stayed open to feedback, which helped me improve continuously.”

Like many strong performers, she handled her first quarter challenges through organization, prioritization, and asking for guidance when needed.

“Yes, there were moments when workload and shifting priorities were challenging. I handled this by staying organized, prioritizing tasks effectively, and seeking guidance when needed. This helped me stay on track without compromising quality.”

Her message to the team reflected the collaborative spirit behind the award:

“I’d like to thank everyone for their support and collaboration, especially my team, the QA Department. This recognition is not just mine but also reflects the teamwork and positive environment we all contribute to. Let’s continue supporting each other and striving for excellence together.”

Carl: Learning Through Accountability

For Carl, Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, being recognized at the Q1 Awarding felt both humbling and encouraging.

“I felt truly thankful and honored. It showed me that Reliasourcing values the hard work and dedication of its people. This recognition boosted my confidence and motivated me to keep moving forward while continuing to enjoy my work.”

Looking back on the first quarter, Carl pointed his focus on accuracy and on making reports more systematic, organized, and visually clear.

“As a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, I focused on improving our financial reports, especially in Excel. I made sure the reports were more systematic, organized, and visually clear, paying attention not only to accuracy but also to structure and design.”

During the quarter, he faced a technical issue in the accounting system. While he openly acknowledged making a mistake, he also emphasized how the experience became a learning point.

“One of the biggest challenges was dealing with a technical issue in our accounting system. I made a mistake, but with the help of the developers, it was resolved. I handled it by learning from the experience and focusing on what we could do better next time.”

His message to teammates and fellow Reliasourcing employees was simple but important:

“Don’t be afraid to make mistakes, especially when your intentions are good. Nobody is perfect. What matters is that we learn from our mistakes, move forward, and use them as part of our growth journey.”

Tweety Mae: Growing Through a Strong Support System

For Tweety Mae, Talent Acquisition Associate, the recognition came as a surprise, especially since she was still new to Reliasourcing.

“I honestly couldn’t believe it because I’m still new to Reliasourcing, it’s only been three months since I was hired. Really, I wasn’t expecting any kind of recognition so early, so it came as a big surprise. I felt shocked, but at the same time, very grateful and happy.”

The award became more meaningful because she still sees herself as someone adjusting and finding her place in the work environment.

“It made me realize that all the hard work I’ve been putting in is paying off. Even now, I still see myself as someone who is learning and adjusting to the work environment, which makes this recognition even more meaningful. Being awarded as an Outstanding Performer is truly an honor, and it motivates me to keep improving and giving my best.”

Since joining the company, Tweety Mae has remained open to feedback and eager to improve her skills. The support of the recruitment team also played an important role.

“I believe my willingness to learn played a big role in this achievement. Since I’m still new, I’ve been very open to feedback and always eager to improve my skills. Aside from that, the team in recruitment has been incredibly supportive and collaborative.”

She added that the environment helped her stay motivated, focused, and better equipped to adapt.

“Having a positive and encouraging environment really helped me stay motivated and focused on my work. The guidance and support from my teammates made it easier for me to adapt, grow, and perform better each day.”

Novel Experiences & Gratitude

As this is her first job, one of her biggest challenges was keeping up with a fast-paced environment alongside more experienced teammates. Rather than letting that pressure discourage her, she chose to be proactive.

“At first, it felt overwhelming trying to match their speed and level of expertise. However, I handled this by being proactive—I asked questions whenever I was unsure, observed how my colleagues worked, and made sure to apply what I learned.”

Her message reflected gratitude and excitement for continued growth:

“To my recruitment team, I just want to say thank you—I’m truly grateful for all your support, guidance, and encouragement. You’ve made my transition into this role much easier and more enjoyable.

To my fellow Reliasourcing employees, I’m really happy to be part of this company and to be working alongside such amazing people. Let’s continue supporting and uplifting one another, maintaining a positive work environment, and striving for excellence together. I’m excited to keep growing with all of you and contribute more to our shared success.”

Tweety’s award this first quarter of 2026 is a testament to where recognition goes inside Reliasourcing; even team members new to the company are recognized for their outstanding performance.

More Than a Theme: What “In Full Bloom” Represents

The theme extended beyond visuals and into how the quarter was approached, where growth isn’t always immediate or visible. In many cases, it’s happening beneath the surface, through improved habits, better decision-making, and stronger collaboration.

“In Full Bloom” reflects that stage. The work is being done. The results are starting to show. And the foundation is being set for something bigger, and the night ended the same way it began: with a sense of direction.

Recognition provided closure for the quarter and created momentum. Conversations naturally shifted toward what comes next, and that’s the role of Q1 at Reliasourcing—it sets the standard, establishes rhythm, and reminds everyone that performance is built daily, not quarterly.
