Welcome to another epic chapter in the Reliasourcing playbook. The Level Up! Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Tournament finally wraps up, and Season 3 brought the heat like never before. Eight teams. Three weeks of battle. One Reliasourcing MLBB crown, and a whole lot of camaraderie.
The Bracket is Set: Teams Lock In
From the moment the tournament was announced, excitement surged across departments. DRKN, SUPERPLAY, SPLY, Tangolicious, Freeze/Crash, Christian & Friends, TDX, and Honey Returns answered the call to arms. With thumbs at the ready and strategies sharpened, they were set for a single-elimination tournament that promised everything from clean sweeps to nail-biters.
Usually quiet after hours, the office morphed into ground zero for e-sports intensity. The quarterfinals on May 16 gave us our first taste: DRKN, Christian & Friends, Freeze/Crash, and SUPERPLAY advanced in matches packed with sharp rotations, surprise ambushes, and full-team wipeouts.
Clutch Moments & Comebacks
Then came the semifinals, and with them, the drama. SUPERPLAY and Christian & Friends rose to the top after fierce matchups against DRKN and TDX, respectively. Meanwhile, the Losers’ Bracket became a second-chance battleground for teams looking to prove they still had fire in their engines. Freeze/Crash seized that momentum with poise and precision.
Finals Night on May 30 was everything it promised to be. Freeze/Crash squared off against TDX for the 3rd place title. And in a five-round battle, Freeze/Crash froze out their competition, earning their podium finish at 2nd runner-up.
And then, the championship battle kicked off: SUPERPLAY vs. Christian & Friends. By this time, the match had become a masterclass on teamwork and strategic execution. When the dust settled, Christian & Friends got the 1st runner-up spots and SUPERPLAY emerged victorious, claiming the Season 3 crown.
Beyond the Lanes: Culture in Action
But the story isn’t just about who won in Reliasourcing’s MLBB tournament. What stood out was the spirit. Across all roles and departments, our colleagues stepped into the virtual arena, built trust, and brought their best.
