Reliasourcing marked Pride Month 2026 with a celebration that brought color and self-expression to the workplace. The event, held on June 18, 2026, invited employees to come together in support of the LGBTQIA+ community. It featured a lively mix of runway flair, talent performances, colorful attire, and shared moments.

At the heart of the celebration was the Stride with Pride Runway and Talent Showcase. The program empowers members of the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies to proudly express themselves.

Stride with Pride Takes the Stage

The Pride Month runway encouraged participants to showcase outfits that reflected their identity, advocacy, creativity, or support for the LGBTQIA+ community. The organizers invited employees to wear Pride-inspired outfits, including colorful looks, costumes, or fashion pieces that showcase their personal expression.

Every participant walked the stage, struck a pose, introduced themselves, and shared a short empowering message. The runway also opened space for talent performances, inviting participants to sing and perform in front of their colleagues.

The evening buzzed with cheers, applause, music, and support, transforming the stage from a mere runway into a vibrant space that celebrated confidence and welcomed individuality.

Celebrating This Year’s RSI Pride Icons

The event recognized employees who stood out for their stage presence, creativity, talent, and overall impact. Judges assessed participants based on their confidence, representation of Pride, talent performances, audience engagement, and the energy they brought to the stage.

This year’s winners were:

  • RSI Pride Icon 2026: Ramil
  • 1st Runner-Up: Ella
  • 2nd Runner-Up: Jill

Their performances reflected the spirit of the celebration: bold, expressive, and rooted in pride. Each winner brought their own personality to the stage, reminding everyone that Pride is also about the courage to celebrate one’s story.

A Workplace Filled with Pride Colors

Beyond the runway, the celebration invited everyone at Reliasourcing to take part by wearing lively, vibrant, and colorful outfits. Employees came dressed in Pride colors and creative looks, helping to turn the office into a brighter, more festive space for the day.

A Pride Month photobooth was also set up in front of the Nurse Station, giving employees a chance to capture moments with their teammates, friends, and colleagues. Throughout the event, complimentary drinks and snacks were made available, adding to the relaxed and celebratory atmosphere.
