As 2025 draws to a close, the Reliasourcing team gathered for an evening that felt equal parts reflective and celebratory. With everyone dressed as their favorite musical icons, our Year-End Party 2025 was an experience that honored hard work. We got to spotlight talent and provide everyone with an opportunity to simply enjoy being together after a productive year.
From the very first moments of the night to the last song on the dance floor, the event carried a shared sense of warmth and excitement that defined the year worth celebrating.
Opening the Night with Recognition
The evening opened with the Year-End Awards, setting a meaningful tone for the rest of the evening. Before the music, performances, and festivities began, we took time to recognize individuals and teams who consistently raised the bar throughout the year.
The awards were proof of results, but it all ultimately boils down to acknowledging employee reliability and collaboration. That, along with those who lead their teams with quiet yet profound leadership. These are qualities that keep Reliasourcing moving forward every day.
In addition, Corporate Lawyer Atty. Frank was proud to announce that Reliasourcing is now certified across three ISO certifications for quality management, information security, and business continuity. All the employees who made it happen were then duly recognized and awarded by the management.

A Night Designed for Enjoyment
As the formal program transitioned into celebration, the venue came fully to life, with team members enjoying a generous buffet spread, complemented by cocktails and drinks from the bar that kept conversations flowing throughout the night.
Two photo booths were set up for keepsakes of the night, quickly becoming gathering spots for team photos and group shots, creating spontaneous memories that will no doubt live on long after the party itself.
The atmosphere struck a comfortable balance: polished but relaxed, festive without feeling rushed.
RSI Got Talent Season 2 Takes Center Stage
One of the most anticipated moments of the night was the return of RSI Got Talent, now in its second season. Four participating groups took to the stage, each bringing their own energy, flair, and teamwork into their performances, turning the spotlight toward the diverse talents within our organization:
- Champion: Fintech & Digital Skills Cluster
- 1st Runner-Up: Back-Office Team
- 2nd Runner-Up: Customer Service Cluster
- 3rd Runner-Up: Social & RMG Cluster
The performances were met with cheers and laughter, along with plenty of encouragement from their team members, who had their own contests of who could bring the loudest cheers for the competing teams. More than simply being entertainment for the attendees, the segment highlighted something familiar at Reliasourcing: the willingness to step up, support one another, and enjoy the process together.
Raffle Moments and Shared Excitement
Between performances, the raffle portion kept the room buzzing. Each draw brought fresh anticipation and friendly reactions. Moments of shared excitement added another layer of fun to the program, paired with the thrill of discovering who got the winning scratch cards among the crowd.
The raffle became a solid reminder that sometimes the best moments are the ones everyone experiences together, regardless of who takes home a prize.
And as the night progressed, everyone had their chance to relax and reconnect with teams across campaigns and departments, celebrating each of their small wins together before the party transitioned into full party mode with the dance floor opening.
Dance Revolution: Ending the Night on a High Note
As the program wrapped up, the night shifted naturally into its final chapter: the afterparty. Three dance instructors led the floor, inviting everyone to join in—no experience required.
What followed was an open, energetic celebration where titles and roles faded into the background. Colleagues danced side by side, laughed freely, and ended the year on a high note that felt genuinely earned.
The final segment captured the heart of the evening: community and inclusivity, and more so, the simple joy of being together.
